Classes

There are 2 adult classes and 1 childrens class each week. In addition to our regular weekly classes, we hold special seminars and events throughout the year. Classes are held at the following times: 

We welcome all skill levels, from beginners to those who have trained previously. It is recommended that you wear loose clothing (T-shirt, shorts or training bottoms) for training sessions. Once you have been training for a time you will need: bag gloves, focus pads, training knife and Escrima sticks.
