Instructors

Jenny and Mark run the Norwich JKD and Kali Martial Arts Club, and together have over 32 years of experience. They maintain a high standard of instruction and development, including new skills learnt from the many seminars they attend in the tradition of continual development of JKD and martial arts in general.

They attend seminars on a regular basis in the UK training under Sifu Richard Bustillo, Andy Gibney, Grand Master Danny Guba, Johan Skalberg & Jeff Espinous.


JENNY TAYLOR 3rd Dan DDAC, JKD & KALI

Jenny has been training in Martial arts for 15 years. Her training started in Norwich in 1994 with Ju Jitsu under the World Ju Jitsu Federation, moving to train under Sifu Terry Nixon in Jan 2001, and becoming an Assistant Instructor in 2002. Full instructor in DDAC JKD from 2004. Jenny joined the Doce Pares Instructors programme under GM Danny Guba and achieved Dan grade in 2005.

Jenny Taylor holds the following grades

• 3rd Dan Black Belt Doce Pares under Grand Master Danny Guba
• 2nd Dan black belt J.K.D, DDAC under Terry Nixon
• 1st Dan Black Belt Ju Jitsu WJJF

MARK COUMBE 2nd Dan DDAC, JKD, & Kali

Mark has been training in Martial arts for 18 years, starting his training in Cornwall in Bushido Ju Jitsu. Moving to Norfolk in 1996, he continued to train in Ju Jitsu under W.J.J.F obtaining a solid grounding in the style. Mark moved to train under Sifu Terry Nixon in Jan 2001, and has been an assistant instructor under Terry Nixon in 2002 and Full instructor in DDAC JKD from 2004.

Mark Coumbe holds the following grades

• 2nd Dan Black belt J.K.D, DDAC
• 1st Dan Black Belt Doce Pares under Grand Master Danny Guba
• 1st Dan black belt Ju Jitsu WJJF
• graded in Bushido Ju Jitsu
