All classes are held at Angel Road First School, Angel Road, Norwich.

The school is set back from the road, opposite the Angel Public House. Please park in the school car park and follow the path down to the Hall.

There are 4 classes a week, each an hour long. Each class covers a particular aspect of the style we teach. In addition to our regular weekly classes, we hold special seminars and events throughout the year.

We welcome all skill levels, from beginners to those who have trained previously. It is recommended that you wear loose clothing (T-shirt, shorts or training bottoms) for training sessions. No trouser with zips, and please remove any jewellery. If you are coming for the first time please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class, so we can discuss any questions and fill out paper work.

Once you have been training for a time you will need: bag gloves, focus pads, training knife and Escrima sticks.
